General Tao's Tofu from vegweg.comFor those of you who are saying "Tofu, I hate tofu", you might be surprised with this recipe. It doesn't have that gross mushy texture that tofu has all by itself. The tofu is dredged it cornstarch and then fried, which makes it taste awesome. Libby our 10 year old, who doesn't like it, was scarfing it down. It was a hit with the whole family! Trust me! Try it!
